Shipping policy
There may be shipping delays due to Covid-19. These delays are from the carrier and are completely out of our control.
OVERVIEW
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Free Shipping
"Free Standard Shipping" applies to domestic retail sales (not wholesale) only. For calculated shipping rates, shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Overnight/Expedited Shipping
When choosing expedited or overnight shipping please note depending what time the order is placed it may not be processed until the next business day. Pickup is generally around 2pm but is dependent on the carrier.
Local delivery
Only available through special request. Please send an email to info@bankonseeds.com for more information.
In-store pickup
We do not offer pick up at this time.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping. Please note: local laws and regulations may prevent us from sending certain seed varieties. We will contact you about a substitution if necessary. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Bank on Seeds LLC is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. Please specify if there are carriers that do not deliver to your P.O. box.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@bankonseeds.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
